Future Leaders Connect offers its members the opportunity to be part of a long-term global network of emerging policy leaders. As a member you will travel to the UK for nine days of advanced policy and leadership development, in partnership with the University of Cambridge. You will discuss today’s biggest global challenges in the UK Houses of Parliament, meet inspirational leaders and visit world renowned institutions. Following your time in the UK you will have worldwide connections, a policy action plan for change and the skills, knowledge and networks needed to be an influential leader.
You must be aged 18-35 to take part, be based in one of our participating countries and be able to demonstrate your policy knowledge and senior leadership potential. Participating countries include Canada, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Morocco, Nigeria, Pakistan, Tunisia, UK and USA.

For 10 years, MEST has trained aspiring entrepreneurs and invested in exceptional businesses with Pan-African ambitions. These companies have gone on to enter new markets, with MEST growing alongside them as we’ve learned about the opportunities and challenges they face as they scale.
This year, we are excited to host our first Pan-African startup pitch competition, the MEST Africa Challenge! We’re looking for the continent’s most exciting African startups who are looking to scale into new markets, to participate in the Challenge.

The winners of the regional competitions will be flown to Cape Town in June to pitch in the finals.You could receive $50k in equity investment from MEST,as well as a home in any of our incubators. ScaleUp Lab by FATE Foundation is a unique Accelerator Programme aimed at providing targeted support to growth stage high-potential ventures within the targeted growth sectors of the Nigerian economy namely:
Agribusiness Accelerator Programme: Creatives Ventures Accelerator Programme [Coming soon] Edu-business Accelerator Programme [Coming soon] Health Ventures Accelerator Programme [Coming soon] The Agribusiness Accelerator Programme targets outstanding Nigerian agribusiness entrepreneurs whose businesses are currently at growth stage [2-4 years] and who are looking to scale their business expand their market reach and attract potential investors and strategic partners.
Programme duration is 4-6 months and includes a one-week accelerator bootcamp, interactive workshops, consulting sessions, business support services, one-on-one and group mentoring sessions with a team of seasoned sector faculty members and advisors.
